Hi, I’m insecure.

There are days where you might see yourself in the mirror and think ‘why’? why aren’t I enough. or why aren’t I skinner. And there might even be days where all you can do is point out the fats on your skin, or pick at yourself. Reminding yourself that you aren’t like those models in advertisements or those actors in movies. But why? Why do we seem to lose ourselves and get caught up in this unrealistic expectation society has planted in our brains. Those actors may look perfect but they are human just like you. Those models may seem skinny, but sometimes it is pure photo shop. Accepting the fact you are you is just one of the barriers to achieve self preservation. You are you, and that is good enough. You aren’t alone.
